UNDERSTANDING YOUR SITUATION
Before making any recommendations, we seek to fully understand your situation. We do this prior to and during our first meeting with you.
We will gather details on your personal and financial circumstances, taking into account your existing assets and resources. From there, we’ll discuss your goals and aspirations as well as your attitude to risk. What we learn will form the foundation of our future analysis and recommendations. By taking the time to really get to know you and whats important to you, we can deliver better outcomes. We think this approach not only makes sense, but is an often overlooked and important first step.

ANALYSIS AND DESIGN OF YOUR FINANCIAL PLAN
After we have gathered all the necessary details from you, we will turn our attention to analysing the information utilising the latest analytical tools such as “Defaqto Engage” to understand the breakdown of your investments and crucially how they are performing against your objectives and whether you are getting good value from the management charges you are paying.
We also utilise the latest cash flow modelling software to allow you to visualise exactly what your investments can provide you with over a certain time period and crucially in terms of retirement planning how long your pension pot will last for given your expected levels of income and expenditure during retirement whilst also factoring in the impact of inflation over time.

PRESENTATION OF YOUR FINANCIAL PLAN
We always present our recommendations to you in a clear and straightforward way avoiding industry jargon. We will also provide a written explanation of our recommendations in language that’s designed to be understood.
Assuming you are happy with our proposals we will implement the recommendations for you whilst also providing supporting information that may be relevant to ensure you have a thorough understanding of why we have recommended what we have, and of course being a local company we are only a phone call away at any point in the process.

ONGOING SERVICE AND INFORMATION
As a client of Spa Wealth Management you will receive regular updates as to how your investments or pensions are performing through scheduled reviews where we will analyse the performance of the funds to ensure you are in the best possible place given current market conditions to make your money work as hard as possible.
Crucially being a small firm we will always have time for you to discuss any concerns or uncertainties you may have, giving a highly personal service is at the centre of our culture with the sole aim of embedding a strong client relationship for many years to come.
